没有sudo，我怎么能运行NPM？

我一直在阅读文章，试图找出如何在没有npm install的情况下运行sudo。我也看到了下面的文章，但我认为这是针对更老版本的NPM的。我执行了以下操作，这些操作产生的错误较少，但最后仍然抛出错误：

sudo chown -R $USER /usr/local

唯一可以避免错误的方法是运行sudo npm install，但是我看到这不是一个好主意。

从日志中可以看出，您的应用程序存储在/var/www/budget中，您可以将cwd存储到这个目录中并运行npm install。但是，这个路径最常见的是Apache服务用户(apache或httpd，不确定到底是哪一条，它也可能取决于您使用的软件)。

我不建议将此文件夹的所有权授予您的用户帐户。但是，将您的用户帐户放入apache用户组并更改权限以使该组具有读/写访问权限(如果它还没有)，这可能是很好的：
