我在Ubuntu服务器上安装了h5py。但是，它似乎返回了一个没有找到h5py.h的错误。当我使用pip或setup.py文件安装它时，它会给出相同的错误消息。我在这里错过了什么？

sudo apt-get install libhdf5-dev

不要担心NumPy警告，它只是意味着软件包开发人员正在使用API的旧版本，但是一切都会正常工作。

我不得不跑：

HDF5_DIR=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial/ pip install h5py
