函数中定义的struct/class编译错误

下面的代码有什么问题。因为如果我在main函数中定义了类,编译就会失败,并且我不理解编译器错误。

测试来自这里的代码

注释drift_f的第一个定义(main()之外),取消注释drif_t的内部定义(在main()函数中),编译器将得到以下错误消息:

这个错误不是编译器说的那个错误吗?不能使用本地类进行模板初始化。

尝试使用-std=c++11编译,因为我相信它会在这方面放松下来。
