pip找不到下载

pip过去常常用词很好，突然它就停止工作了，不管我想下载什么，我都得到了这样的消息：

无论我尝试下载哪个软件包，这种情况都会发生，而且它过去一直工作到大约两天前。

我的设置是: os-x运行一个流浪者，而precise64运行虚拟主机。
