这是由

1)运行控制台

2)在控制台中键入：“Install-Package Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Optimization”

它解决了所有不正确的依赖关系。

我不得不运行Update-Package -Reinstall Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Optimization

更新了我的web.config和所有引用

检查web.config中运行时/组装绑定部分的内容。在安装了Kendo包之后，我发现了错误注册的dependentAssembly元素。我手动删除了副本，问题就消失了。
