基于@at 666的建议，我找到了问题源(至少其中一个)。

我所做的：

• 移除perlbrew：rm -rf ~/perl5/* ~/.perlbrew
• 完全删除macports
• 安装了一个新的macports package

我试着安装我通常的MacPorts，在安装完每个端口之后，启动一个新的终端/shell，并尝试安装perlbrew。

安装wget端口后，perlbrew安装失败(安装patchperl)。卸载wget端口后，perlbrew再次安装OK。
