因此,我的config/application.rb文件与rails 3.2.13版本完全不同。在application.rb文件被替换之后。错误是固定的。
为了避免此错误,如果您是windows用户,可以使用rvm或pik来控制当前版本。您可以在创建新应用程序“rails 3.2.13 your _ app”时指定rails版本,也可以卸载所有rails版本,只需安装所需的版本:
gem卸载rails -choose所有版本

最初是用一个旧版本的rails创建了这个应用程序,然后把它撞到了最新版本(3.2.13),破坏了我的设计。
所需要的就是将require "rails/all"添加到config/application.rb的顶部。

我也遇到了一个类似的问题,就是抱怨一个未定义的方法:‘has’。我花了一段时间处理红宝石和rails的版本和宝石才意识到这个问题.has_many之前的额外空间!
