我目前正在运行Django 1.4.3,我想连接我自己的数据库(用MongoLab创建),以便与我的Django网站对话。我已经尝试了许多关于如何实现这一点的教程;我在Django settings.py文件中遇到的问题是,我的数据库设置不正确(因为无法连接)。我对Django和MongoDB非常陌生,所以任何帮助都将不胜感激。

您需要配置设置文件中的值。如您所见,它们大多是空字符串。MongoLab将为您创建的数据库提供主页上所需的所有连接信息。
