我遇到了一个使用jQuery自定义内容滚动插件的问题。

当焦点在可滚动文本区域上方时，我需要能够水平滚动。使用标准的滚动条没有问题，但是在我集成了定制的滚动插件之后，我就不能再这样做了。我怎么才能解决这个问题？

您使用的自定义滚动条插件处理scroll事件。它通过在事件处理程序中调用preventDefault()来防止事件冒泡。

这意味着父div (水平滚动)永远没有机会响应您的水平滚动。

这似乎是库的预期行为(与嵌套滚动区域的演示实现相比)

您要么需要修改插件以允许事件冒泡，要么选择另一个插件，或者放弃自定义滚动条的想法，并允许浏览器的默认滚动条完成它们的工作。

在插件版本3.0.5中，这是固定的，当你用水平滚动条垂直滑动一个元素时，它不会阻止页面滚动(反之亦然)。它也不会阻止两手指的放大。
