无法导入WSDL服务"targetNamespace 'urn:webservice‘not’

在过去的几个小时里，我一直在努力将WSDL WSDL服务导入到Visual 2010中。慢慢地，我一直在努力解决WSDL，解决其他问题，直到遇到这个问题：

Warning 1   Custom tool warning: Cannot import wsdl:portType

我试过谷歌能提供给我的每一个小东西，包括：

1. 禁用“引用程序集中的重用类型”
2. 将集合类型设置为system.collections.generic.list
3. 来回更改大部分属性。
4. 从其他人那里复制WSDL文件，只是为了看看它是否能工作(它没有)

我不知道怎么解决这个问题。还有一些其他错误，但这些错误是由于导入portType时遇到了问题(绑定导入错误是因为portType不好，端口错误是因为依赖绑定)。

更新：--我的test.php确实工作正常--并输出来自getData方法的结果。
