复选框中的选项应该表示一个布尔值(yes/no - 1/0)。

一定要使用PHP PDO来防范安全问题。我相当肯定其中的一些可以更好地提炼/清理，但这应该能完成任务。(不过，我也相当肯定会有一些小错误，因为我正在做这件事，而且没有经过测试。)

您需要将insert语句放在‘after’语句' if‘之后，后者检查数据库中的名称是否已经存在。

我不知道您到底想做什么，因为没有语句表明您正在执行以将“复选框”值放入数据库中。您正在将sizes数组作为管理员提交此表单后查看的输出，但您根本没有将其放入数据库。

如果您能够共享数据库结构(列名)，则会有所帮助。如果没有任何大小为2-5及其他类别的列，请添加这些列&然后将insert语句更改为：
