关于建造它的网页说它还没有经过Python3的测试，并且可能需要进行一些修改。这几乎是你所看到的问题。

要确定，请使用Python2.6或2.7再试一次。如果构建成功，那么163个错误可能是由于Python3 2/Python3 3兼容性的改变造成的。

如果您必须使用Python3，那么您唯一的选择就是修复这些错误。否则，只使用Python2.7可能更容易。

如果您决定修复Python3构建问题，最好提交一个修补程序:-)
