经常上传失败，文件损坏

我在wordpress (自我托管)上遇到了以下问题。我上传的图片中有80%是失败的，原因要么是没有处理(并提到了HTTP错误)，要么是显示了以下错误：

你用哪种方法上传图片？我没有遇到您正在显示的错误，但有时我确实会遇到崩溃和上传失败时，使用上传器是在Wordpress内。

你试过使用FTP程序上传文件吗？当我遇到来自Wordpress内部的失败上传时，我就会这么做。

如果所有这些都失败了，你可以备份你的网站并重新安装Wordpress。(我也这样做了，并取得了更好的效果。)
