settings.xml文件中的代理存在问题：

要获得主机，goto IE->tools->connection->LAN设置->advanced->http。

如果给出了自动配置的代理：

1>打开IE(或任何浏览器)

通过IE->Tools->internet >connections-> 2>设置从浏览器获取url地址，并提供url地址例如:在2>和enter中，文件将以.pac格式下载，保存到桌面

3>在textpad中打开.pac文件，标识代理：

在您的编辑中，会出现这样的情况：

4>转到Maven settings.xml并输入如下：
