刚刚解决了问题。

我试图从demos文件夹中运行演示脚本。但是当我尝试使用php.exe所在的同一个文件夹时，它运行得很顺利。所以php-cli.ini没有问题，也不需要担心这个错误“请在php-cli.ini中加载php-gtk2 2模块”。
