当您使用OCI.dll构建时，您确保排除了py2exe吗？如果您计算机上的DLL版本与您测试它的另一台计算机上的客户端版本不兼容(我注意到您尝试了11g客户端，但在您的计算机上使用了10g客户端)，则此配置将无法工作(但我忘记了实际的错误消息)。
