有时，当您安装了多个Python版本(包含多个Python3.x版本)时，仅使用pip3是不够的，因为它不一定安装计算机上安装的最新版本的Python包。您可以使用pip3命令检查您的pip3 --version使用的版本。

如果您计划使用Python3.8运行一个脚本，并且需要为这个特定版本的Python安装一个包，您可以使用：

pip3.8 install PACKAGE或

python3.8 -m pip install PACKAGE
