我已经在windows 10上安装了XAMPP。运行Apache和mySQL，工作正常。我在测试Perl，它也起作用了。但是它无法连接到mySQL，所以我尝试安装DBI，但是DOS没有识别PPM或CPAN。所以我安装了ActiveState，然后使用CPAN安装DBI，您可以看到下面的结果。
