合流控制中心尚未启动

汇合控制中心还没有启动。

我执行了以下命令来启动汇合平台

1. 动物园管理员启动(终端1)
2. Kafka启动(终端2)
3. 架构注册表启动(终端3)
4. 然后我尝试启动控制中心(终端4)。但出了差错。这不是开始。
