Python实例函数崩溃pyqt5 GUI

我已经创建了一个简单的CRUD程序,并需要将其转换为GUI。我的crud函数以前没有问题,但是在删除qtableview中相同的项之后调用它们时,软件崩溃了。我可以成功地创建一个新的record对象,将它添加到tablewidget,我的内存中的数组中,并更新我的数据库。我可以使用QTableWidget.currentRow()的索引从qtableview中删除,但不能使用相同的索引使用删除函数从数据库中删除记录,我可以使用QTableWidget.currentRow()和QTableWidget.currentColumn()编辑特定字段,但不能使用相同的值从内存列表或数据库中删除数据。

我的列表加载数据,但当尝试执行任何crud方法时,应用程序将停止。
