进口Tensorflow

我不能进口tensorflow。我已经卸载它，并再次使用!pip install --user tensorflow --upgrade --force-reinstall安装它，但也没有导入它。下面是我在导入tensorflow时遇到的错误。由于这个问题，我也不能使用keras，因为keras使用的是tensorflow后端。

搜索了很多之后，我发现了这个问题，如果有人面临这个问题，我想分享一下，然后以administrator的形式运行anaconda提示符，然后使用pip install --user tensorflow --force-reinstall命令。
