Latency度量是只为 CLB,而不是其他负载均衡器类型:

延迟: HTTP侦听器从负载均衡器向注册实例发送请求到实例开始发送响应头的时间(以秒为单位)。

对于ALB,最近的度量将会是

TargetResponseTime:在请求离开负载均衡器之后经过的时间(以秒为单位),直到收到来自目标的响应为止。这相当于访问日志中的target_processing_time字段。

在您的配置文件中有ALB和CLB设置的混合。例如,aws:elb:loadbalancer用于CLB,而带SharedLoadBalanceraws:elbv2:loadbalancer仅用于ALB。

您的自动标度:触发器正在使用Latency,正如上面所解释的,它只适用于CLB。对于ALB来说,应该是TargetResponseTime

我无法验证在您的ASG中更改MeasureName是否会解决所有的问题,但这肯定是造成问题的一个部分。
