Windows安装Qiskit失败

Question

我正试图通过pip和Anaconda在我的机器上安装Qiskit。这是我的过程

1.)安装Anaconda 2.)打开Anaconda 3提示3.)使用conda create -n <environment-name> python=3命令创建一个虚拟环境(我在不同的场合使用-n和-m创建了环境，它可以很好地创建环境)。激活环境5.)使用pip install qiskit安装Qiskit
