一个可能的解决方案是创建一个属性,在setter中使用内部QTableView视图端口的QTableView方法,它将调用paintEvent方法,该方法在其逻辑中调用paintCell()方法:
另一方面,对于筛选,最好将日期字符串列(至少看起来是OP提供的)转换为datetime。然后根据第一天和第二天的最小日期做一个过滤器。
