主要目标：

• 我想制作这个脚本的GUI版本.

问题或我正在努力解决的问题：

• 如何使批处理/ps和vbs这样的命令彼此运行，例如通过单击GUI。因为它是所有的语言本身，我现在已经建立了3个独立的文件夹。( .vbs脚本不是我自己的，我得到了它并对它做了一些修改)
• 是一个本地数据库，供用户运行某些测试，比如电池-报告并保存到一个本地文件/数据库中，用户以后可以访问。
• 是一种版本控制，当脚本(GUI)启动时，它会从GitHub获取以检查是否有新版本可用。

使用python是可能的，但是使用批处理是不可能的。
