我设法解决了这个问题。在我的例子中，问题是com.russhwolf:multiplatform-settings:0.7.3不支持ARM模拟器。我把版本撞到了0.9上，但是当调用库中的某些方法时，这会导致应用程序在运行时崩溃。

工作良好(但并不理想)的替代解决方案是在Rosetta模式中打开Xcode，它也使用Rosetta启动模拟器。
