问题在于您的依赖关系。您正在将Spring版本3.0.0-快照与SpringBoot2.7.0混合使用。由于几个原因，这是行不通的，主要原因是3.0.0用于JakartaEE，而ST2.7.0用于JavaEE。不同的API，不同的实现和完全不兼容。

这也意味着您正在为JakartaEE 而不是 JavaEE使用Thymeleaf版本。您所包含的版本是针对较早版本的Thymeleaf，现在将被忽略。

修好你的水壶。不要使用Spring 3.0.0，因为这甚至不是2.7.0的最后一次。
