也许您在您的apt配置中缺少了一些源。

您需要将ROS 2 apt存储库添加到系统中。首先,通过检查此命令的输出,确保启用了Universe存储库。

您使用的是哪种版本的ubuntu?我对22.04也有同样的问题,但没有得到支持。我安装了20.04,然后就成功了。
