通过使用cucumber-junit，您可以通过JUnit 4运行Cucumber，但是SpringBoot2.7使用的是JUnit 5，默认情况下不再包括junit-vintage。因此，没有执行JUnit 4测试。

考虑使用cucumber-junit-platform-engine或添加junit-vintage。
