通过查看该项目在GitHub上的页面，我发现该项目已不再维护。而且由于JCenter被关闭了，你不能使用Maven/Gradle轻松地获得这个库。

有人已经派生了它，并且还在继续开发它，所以您可以使用that library。

将jcenter()替换为maven { url 'https://jitpack.io' }，将'com.theartofdev.edmodo:android-image-cropper:2.8.0'替换为'com.github.CanHub:Android-Image-Cropper:3.3.5'。
