CMake从源安装qiskit-aer时出错

由于文件build.niinja不存在，所以出现错误消息ninja: error: loading 'build.ninja': No such file or directory是不相关的。在构建(运行setup.py) Aer包时，pb是一个相当大的错误。

• 尝试将Python3.8甚至3.7版本降级(我记得在使用Python3.9从WSL Ubuntu20.04安装时也有类似的问题。降级到Python3.8解决了这个问题)
• 尝试使用最新稳定版本的qiskit-aer (git签出标签/0.8.2)
