听起来您似乎做了一些几乎肯定会导致问题的事情:您将一个包库从Windows机器转移到了Ubuntu机器上。这些系统太不同了，不能正常工作。

你应该做的是在Windows机器上记录所有安装的软件包的名称，然后在Ubuntu上安装这些软件包，不要复制它们。

我不知道你在Ubuntu上有哪些包是乱七八糟的，所以我建议你卸载所有贡献的包，然后重新安装所有的包。它不只是TSdist：它不使用getWindowsHandle。这是TSdist正在使用的其他包。
