我一直在通过命令行提示符下载软件包。我可以在哪里找到安装目录并将其放在PyCharm中的某个位置，这样我就不必下载两次了？

举个例子，我在命令行提示符下使用pip将pip install maptlotlib下载到matplotlib库中。它被下载了。然后，当我进入PyCharm - Setting - Python Environement时，maptlotlib包没有出现。我怎样才能让它看起来像这样呢？

Settings > Project > Python interpreter。
