无法安装pillow n Mac OS Catalina (10.15.7)

我想在我的Mac OS Catalina (10.15.7)上运行一个基于Python的项目的本地副本。项目使用poetry作为Python依赖项管理器工具。在安装python依赖项时，它会在遵循pillow包时崩溃。
之前我用similar issue安装了greenlet包，但是在我的Mac上把global python版本从3.9.1改为3.8.6 (peenv)解决了这个问题
为了正确安装枕头包，我需要做些什么？
