如错误消息中所示，windows中存在导致此问题的错误。

临时解决方案是使用numpy 1.19.3。你有1.19.4。

pip uninstall numpy
pip install numpy==1.19.3

然后再次运行安装脚本。

这是因为我使用的是Python3.9，它是相当新的，这就是为什么我使用的包(包括轮子)都不能工作。这是一个python错误。
