本机脚本Angular代码共享项目不创建节点模块目录，无法创建组件

在文档中我看到了这样的说明:注意:如果上面的命令不起作用，请检查您的主目录(/ home /user-name/.angular.json)中是否有无效的配置文件。请删除该文件，然后重新运行命令。

但我不确定这是否适用于我的情况，如果适用，我不确定在哪里可以找到这个文件。如果项目没有创建，那么这个文件是否在我的系统中的某个地方？

注意:运行此命令时，项目不会附带“node modules”文件夹。这是有意义的，因为当我运行'ng g c component-name‘时，我得到以下错误：

An unhandled exception occurred: Cannot find module '@schematics/angular/utility/parse-name' 

当有一个'node modules‘文件夹并且有一个@schematics/angular/utility/parse-name (ts和d.ts)存在时，我也会得到这个错误。
