Strapi显示状态而不是欢迎页面

我跟随斯特拉皮文档-deployment到heroku，使用PostgreSQL的react应用程序(https://strapi.io/documentation/3.0.0-beta.x/guides/deployment.html#heroku)。我收到“构建成功”和“部署”，但当我打开应用程序时，我会进入这个页面-enter image description here，而不是Strapi欢迎页面来设置我的管理员。

打开该链接并在最后添加/admin，按enter...then创建您的管理员帐户进行登录。
