我编辑了/etc/systemd/system/kubelet.service.d/10-kubeadm.conf -将--node-ip flag添加到KUBELET_CONFIG_ARGS,并使用以下命令重新启动了kubelet:
systemctl daemon-reload

我所做的和Michael的回答类似,只是我没有编辑/etc/systemd/system/kubelet.service.d/10-kubeadm.conf。
正如建议的here所说的(我强调几点)
对于包含user-specified标志覆盖
KUBELET_EXTRA_ARGS的文件,可以的文件来源于/etc/default/kubelet(用于DEBs)或/etc/sysconfig/kubelet(用于RPM)。KUBELET_EXTRA_ARGS是标志链中的最后一个,并且在设置冲突时具有最高优先级
因此,我没有改变那些自动改变的文件(可能是由于升级之类的原因),而是用KUBELET_EXTRA_ARGS='--node-ip 10.0.0.3'改变了/etc/sysconfig/kubelet (可以用kubelet --help看到的选项)。
然后我做了,正如其他答案所指定的那样:
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl restart kubelet
kubectl get nodes -o wide并且内部Ip也相应地改变。
