您使用的是较旧版本的R(3.2版)，对于某些包，可能尚未为该R版本构建二进制文件。但是，rlang和tidyselect似乎可以作为R3.2 windows二进制文件使用。

如果可能，我建议将R更新到最新版本(3.4.x)，然后安装RTools (https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/)，这只需要执行(它会安装一个C++编译器并修改您的PATH变量，因此如果需要，R会找到C++编译器)。

另一种选择可能是首先安装具有依赖关系的其他包，例如tidyr、dplyr、rlang、tibble、purrr……( tidyverse包)，然后安装下一个包。因此，不要在一次install.packages()调用中安装所有的包，而要分多个步骤安装。
