你是对的，这与rstudio/bookdown#15有关。根本原因是HTML uses the temporary directory为小部件创建了依赖项，R将在退出时清理临时目录。因为您使用的是new_session: yes，所以Rmd是在一个单独的R会话中编译的；您的HTML是在那里创建的，但实际上是稍后呈现的(在R会话退出之后)。当它被呈现时，临时目录已经消失了。

因此，您必须在使用ggiraph和new_session: yes之间做出选择。你不能两者兼得。
