Mysql服务器启动但无法连接网络问题

"C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin\mysqld" --install

如果您不以管理员身份运行cmd，您将看到安装/删除服务被拒绝！

因此，运行提升的命令提示符( Service >cmd-> run as )以查看服务成功安装消息。
