BAM服务器不可用

"The BAM Server is unavailable. 
The server may have been started or restarted recently. 
Try logging in again after the startup completes. 
If the problem persists, contact your System Administrator. "

我检查了Enterprise Manager中的BAM Web属性，它指向正确的应用程序URL和服务器名称。

我还检查了应用程序控制台，它显示BAM服务器已启动并正在运行(状态正常)。

在检查日志时，发现BAM活动数据缓存未正确启动。关于ADC不能正确启动的原因，有什么建议吗？
