如果你正在创建一个新的数组，那么试试这个：
$arr = ['key' => 'value'];
如果已经创建了数组，那么尝试这样做：
$arr['key'] = 'value';

$category_detail_arr = $test_package_data[$key]['category_detail'];

要添加：
$arr["key"] = "value";然后只需返回$arr
不能像这样直接返回return $arr["key"] = "value";
