在以非root用户身份运行VFIO时遇到了同样的问题，因为这里似乎没有解决方案。我增加了锁定内存的限制，在/etc/security/limits.d/99-memlock.conf中为用户" user“添加了1G的内存"1048576”(无论如何对于我的系统)。
