我曾尝试遵循相同的MSDN指南，但遇到了一些问题。我最终使用了Microchip的WinUSB驱动程序模板。该模板可以在Microchip Application Libraries中找到。

它与MSDN给出的例子有点不同，但它在我的系统上是有效的。它还可以与最新的WDK (8.0版)附带的工具和dll文件一起使用。

虽然这没有解决您的问题，但我认为与MSDN提供的模板相比，它是一个更好的工作模板。
