这个模块，csv，我不认为它是你想的那样。检查您的path上是否没有任何要导入的csv.py，而不是stdlib csv模块。

您可以打印出csv.__file__ (从脚本中)，以查看它来自何处。然后，删除/移动有问题的文件，以便导入stdlib csv。

也许这个问题很愚蠢，但我认为值得回答它，而不是删除它。我已经用问题脚本在工作目录上创建了csv.py脚本，所以据我所知，python解释器首先尝试从当前工作目录导入库，然后从python文件路径导入库，这就是问题所在。
