遵循下面的3个步骤对我很有效。

1.创建存储桶时更改默认地域

2.编辑我的carrierwave.rb文件(如下所示)

initializers/carrierwave.rb

      :aws_access_key_id     => ENV['S3_ACCESS_KEY'],

end

3.在命令行中配置heroku，如下所示：heroku config:set S3_REGION='your region'
