问题1：您已经有一个使用80端口的进程，请尝试更改您的jekyll serve端口sudo jekyll serve --port 81 --host 'my server ip address'。注意:为什么用sudo运行jekyll？一点都不安全！

问题2：*/2 * * * * cd ~/mydomain.com/; ...是一个cron task，它会在每天的2:00拉你的github存储库。
