simplejson构建挂起

在32位的windows7上，我在安装simplejson时遇到了问题。我有新安装的Python 2.7.1和setuptools 0.6c11。在构建._speedups时，easy_install -v simplejson会停止。

cmd.exe的使用率无限期地在15%左右。我让它运行了大约30分钟。我只在一台机器上看到过这种行为，但是会有什么问题呢？

我认为在2.7上安装simplejson并不是很有用，因为它在stdlib中可以作为json模块使用。

不要将visual studio安装到非标准位置。setuptools似乎找不到它。easy_install最终对删除MSVC (在这种情况下没有编译加速)或使用默认安装路径感到满意。
