MongoDB安装地狱

Question

我现在左右为难。我被要求(尝试)将我的CentOS 7服务器上的MongoDB从2.6.X升级到3.0+。我试着遵循Mongo的基本指南(直接替换二进制文件)，这很好用……在本地。在服务器上，我的MongoDB服务完全崩溃了，我不知道。最重要的是，Mongo Shell的XD版本仍然是2.6

这最终是由yum remove mongo*解决的，然后以任何方式手动删除任何引用Mongo的内容(使用locate mongo*找到)。然后添加最新的Mongo repo并通过yum安装v3.2.1 (与MongoDB更常见的建议相反，直接替换二进制文件)。
